We have read and accept the terms of the Participation Agreement

The participant (or parent/guardian if participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risk of physical injury associated with participation in the activities. Except for gross negligence on the part of the sponsor, the participant (or parent/guardian if participant is a minor accepts personal financial responsibility for bodily or personal injury sustained during activities. Furthermore, the participant (or parent/guardian) promises to hold harmless the sponsoring organization and its representatives on any injury related to activities. All campers under the age of 18 must have parents read and agree to the rules on this Participation Agreement. Further, while the Teens Triumphant board acknowledges the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, by signing below, the participant (or parent/guardian if participant is a minor) absolves Teens Triumphant, the Beech Grove Independent Nazarene Church, and any of the officers or trustees of said entities of any and all liability should the camper be diagnosed with the virus after attending Teens Triumphant.

Financial Assistance

We want to help all the teens we can to experience Teens Triumphant! Our event is open to anyone regardless of financial limitation. If you or someone you know would like to attend but needs financial assistance, please contact us via the form below.

What to pack

Sleeping bag, pillow, towels and wash cloths
Bring your own shower supplies, (shower shoes, body wash, shampoo, wash cloth and towel), toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
We recommend that you pack everyday clothes for recreation and dress clothes for the evening service
We also recommend bringing writing materials, your Bible, and some extra cash for the concession stand and LOTS OF FRIENDS!

Rules

All youth must be at least 12 years of age
All youth attending the retreat are expected to cooperate in the activities and display conduct in keeping with Christian character
Smoking, drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons and secular magazines or books are not permitted
Anyone leaving the campus must first receive permission from the head counselor. Couples will not be allowed to be alone on campus.

Dress Code

Clothing must be modest with no vulgar or obscene words or graphics.
Dresses or skirts & blouses with sleeves
